Oil & Gas Operator Expands Basware Invoice Automation System
A major local Oil & Gas Operator has just undertaken a project with nSYS to expand their existing Basware Invoice Processing system by adding a new company and country to their system.
This will help them be compliant for audit purposes against the strict international reporting standards they must adhere to and will also improve the efficiency of their Accounts Payable and Finance functions in their overseas operations.
The project involved interfacing a second finance/ERP system to their Basware Invoice Processing system. There are also plans to add a third operating company and country to the system in the coming months.

SharpOWL PSA Customers Expand
Two of nSYS' SharpOWL PSA customers have recently significantly expanded their systems to accommodate their ongoing rapid expansions in the oil and gas industry.
Both companies operate in the oil and gas service sector, in Aberdeen and internationally and are increasingly relying on their SharpOWL PSA applications to accurately reflect their personnel's costs and expenses relating to the multiple projects they work on across the world.

Housing Association Adopts nTIME
A major Aberdeen housing association have awarded nSYS a contract for the implementation of nTIME to consolidate their manual time-recording, flexitime and holiday management systems into a single web-based solution.
nTIME will also be integrated with their new swipe card system.

Further BasWare Technical Accreditations
Two more of nSYS' Technical Consultants have recently successfully completed their BasWare Invoice Automation installation and implementation training. They received their BasWare diplomas for passing these courses.
